Fitness Improvement Training through Exercise and Diet, or [FITTED], is a student-run organization that promotes community health by providing free workout services and cooking lessons.

FITWELL

The UCLA Recreation FITWELL Program promotes campus wellness by educating, motivating, and empowering faculty, staff, and students to adopt healthy lifestyle habits in fitness, nutrition, weight management, stress management, and overall health education.

Bruin Productive Active Working System (PAWS)

The Bruin P.A.W.S. system helps boost physical activity and exercise throughout the day, promoting a clear mind and a pain-free body. It encourages focused work blocks followed by short breaks for movement, mindset, or fueling, alternating throughout the day. These exercises help to reduce stress, relax the mind, energize the body, and enhance focus and productivity.

Bruin MindFit

Bruin MindFit is a free, hands-on course for faculty and staff that teaches stress management through meditation, breathing, yoga, relaxation, walking, and mindfulness. It offers four modules: Stress Reduction, Resilience, Compassion & Communication, and Relaxation & Breathing. The course helps participants improve focus, energy, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
